*Waiver/liability form MUST be signed prior to each session
*NO REFUND
*CANCELLATION MUST BE CONDUCTED WITHIN 48 hours in order to not incur a $50 late charge
*RESCHEDULE MUST TAKE PLACE WITHIN 3 months of the original cancellation date..
*NOT A CCW CERTIFICATION TRAINING.
*Client must register for training & have a conversation regarding training goals with instructor prior to attending training
